Three titles changed hands on today's WWE NXT Stand & Deliver show - but not the one you were probably expecting.

With Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez becoming the new NXT Women's Tag Team Champions during the Kickoff Show, Stand & Deliver's main card opened with another switch. Cameron Grimes did his dearly departed father proud in the North American Championship ladder match, outdoing Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller, Santos Escobar, and Solo Sikoa to rise up and take the belt, ending Hayes;' reign.

This is Grimes' first run with the belt. Later in the night, the teary-eyed victor dedicated the victory to his dad, continuing his recent storyline.

MSK became NXT Tag Team Champions in the show's third and final title change. Outdoing The Creed Brothers and defending champions Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel of Imperium, Wes Lee and Nash Carter's victory means they are now two-time champions, having last held the belts from April to October 2021.

What looked like the night's most obvious title switch heading into the show didn't play out that way, as Dolph Ziggler retained the NXT Championship against Bron Breakker. Elsewhere, Mandy Rose retained the NXT Women's Championship in a Fatal Four-Way with Cora Jade, Io Shirai, and Kay Lee Ray.
