3 Ups & 11 Downs From WWE Raw (Jan 18)

9. Worthy Challengers Indeed

Talk about a no-win proposition.

The dissension among the Hurt Business continued in full bloom on Monday night, with Cedric Alexander openly jawing with tag partner Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley during a six-man tag match. They repeatedly tagged themselves in, argued, and shoved each other.

Oh, and they also defeated their opponents, Lucha House Party and Riddle. Did we mention that the Luchas are most likely the Hurt Business’ next opponents for the Raw Tag Team Championship, and Riddle is still entangled with Lashley over the United States Championship?

So the likely challengers for the Hurt Business’ titles still lost a match despite their opponents all but coming to blows during the bout. Yeah, that makes them look like threats.

Of course, had the Luchas and Riddle won, it would have been very cliché, but at least it would have made some sense.
