Downs…

12. Just A Clumsy Affair

Once upon a time, Dominick Dijakovic was having barn-burner matches against Keith Lee in NXT and looked like a surefire success story waiting to happen.

Then RETRIBUTION happened. And now, despite that abysmal faction being buried, Dijakovic is still walking around as T-Bar, carrying on the same stupid persona, and wrestling the same lumbering style – and he looked sloppy and plodding on Monday night. T-Bar and Mace fought Lucha House Party in an awkward tag match that saw the big men decimate the masked grapplers, but it just wasn’t any good.

It could best be described as a match that happened, and that’s really a shame. Mace & T-Bar might be a decent tag team if they’re allowed to shed their stupid RETRIBUTION-era personae and act like anyone else, not Ascension ripoffs.
