3 Ups & 4 Downs From Last Night's Impact Wrestling (May 3)
1. Keep Your Friends Close...
Here we go again. The Rosemary/Su Yung saga continues.
The Demon Assassin faced her former friend Kiera Hogan this week, with Hogan having the opportunity to gain a measure of revenge over Rosemary for attacking her a few weeks ago. Their match would end in a no contest following the interference of Su Yung and her Undead Bridesmaids, with the group focusing their onslaught on Rosemary. Kiera did nothing to try and stop the attack.
Ever since Allie died in the Undead Realm, Rosemary has been insistent on getting retribution for her best friend, and has said time and time again that she doesn't need Kiera's help. Despite the actions of Rosemary in recent times, Kiera could have and perhaps should have helped her out here. They both have the same goal in mind - to take out Su Yung and her posse in an effort to keep the memory of Allie alive. Personal animosity between them shouldn't matter in a situation like this.
Each time a segment for this rivalry comes up in an Impact episode, it feels like something out of a supernatural TV show. Deaths, realms, people coming back from the dead. It's all kicking off. Seemingly never ending though.
