3 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE Saturday Night's Main Event (Results & Review - 23 May)

2. Profits Look Sharp

While The Vision wrestled a pretty basic, dull side of their match, credit has to be given to the Street Profits for bringing the energy and fire in the main event.

Montez Ford in particular ran wild a couple times, including a spree off a hot tag that saw him catch Austin Theory mid-roll-through and turn his rolling dropkick into a powerslam, followed immediately by a standing moonsault.

The final few minutes of the tag match was a wild frenzy, with Ford and Angelo Dawkins nearly capturing the World Tag Team Championship a couple of times. Ford dove over the ring post to the floor onto Theory and Paul. They then had a great spot when Bron Breakker ran down to spear them, with Ford hurdling Bron and Dawkins pouncing him clear over the announce desk.

The duo scrambled in the ring to put Theory down with the Anointment and frogsplash, only for Paul Heyman to put Austin’s foot on the ropes. The Profits would ultimately fall due to Logan Paul’s brass knuckles, but they had fans believing in them and carried the main event to something that was overall pretty enjoyable.
