2. A Fine Showing

Sheamus and Ricochet work really well together.

This tidy little SmackDown match was way better than anything they ever did over on Raw, and the finish was really cool too. Rico attempted a springboard strike, but was cut down in mid-air by a beautiful Brogue Kick for the pin. That earned a nice "oooooh" from the live crowd.

They didn't see enough of this action on Friday night, sadly. Let this be a lesson to you, WWE; stick Ricochet in solid matches against guys he can bump around for and watch people flock to support him. Perhaps it's a negative that Sheamus got revenge for Ridge Holland this early, but that's a minor complaint.

Sheamus vs. Ricochet was match of the night by a long way. Their bout was the only one that properly got people in attendance invested, which is something that Rico should be pointing out to management behind the scenes.

Someone has to shout his corner. It might as well be him.
