3 Ups & 7 Downs From WWE SmackDown (July 22)

1. A Flat Finish

The six-man tag main event had good spots (it'd be hard to have that collection of workers in there without some fun), but things were definitely spoiled a bit by the botched finish. Theory struggled to get ahold of his Money In The Bank briefcase before belting Madcap Moss with it.

That botch was Theory's fault, not Madcap's.

Post-match, Brock Lesnar "shockingly" showed up and blasted Mr. MITB with an F5. This fell flat for a couple of reasons. Firstly, Brock had been advertised for SmackDown ahead of time. It didn't matter that reports leaked of him walking out after hearing Vince McMahon had retired - the live crowd were expecting him.

Second, where the hell is Roman Reigns? Lesnar is wrestling him at SummerSlam, not Theory, so this didn't do much to sell the pay-per-view's main attraction. It's cool they want to keep Theory involved, but Roman needed to be there too.
