3 Ups & 9 Downs From WWE Raw (May 24)

Ups…

3. Benefit Of The Doubt

Shelton Benjamin Cedric Alexander
WWE.com

We’ll hold our breath and cross our fingers for now, but Cedric Alexander defeating Shelton Benjamin after a decent match is a step in the right direction.

Alexander beat his former tag partner after taking a shortcut, but the victory is far better than when he lost a few weeks back, and if Cedric either beats him again in a rubber match or moves on to other matches, then we’ll give credit. But if we tread backward into him losing or coming off TV for a bit, then we’ll know none of it mattered anyway.

For now, however, we’ll give this decent match with the right result a thumbs-up.
