One thing that continually eluded 'Taker throughout the first half of his career was a victory in the Royal Rumble match - something he sought to fix in 2007.
From the fact that he entered at No. 30 (and disposed of the Great Khali) to his classic showdown with former rival Shawn Michaels in the final stretch, this was a special showing for 'The Demon of Death Valley' and it was ultimately a fitting way to achieve that long-awaited win.
