Being on top of the company for the past decade means that John Cena also has been a top draw for WrestleMania during that decade.

Since WrestleMania XXI, we saw Cena wrestle for or defend a world title at seven straight Manias. He took a break from that run to fight the Rock at WrestleMania XXVIII, then have a rematch for the WWE Championship (which he won) at XXIX.

While seeing that wall of world title matches might frustrate or even sicken some fans, the simple fact is that John Cena is the top guy in the company, and he frequently brings his A-game to Mania. If he didn’t, he wouldn’t have lasted this long on top.

Sure, today Cena seems to be fading a bit in his prominence at Mania – beating Rusev for the United States Championship at XXXI, injured at XXXII and in a mixed-tag match this year – but he’s still a major attraction.
