The sign reminds the reader of 'X-Pac heat', named after X-Pac circa 2001, when a wrestler would be booed simply because the fans were sick of seeing him and thought he was a bad performer, not because he was such a good heel. It also demonstrates how commonplace insider terms like 'heel work' are becoming. It is well-written and witty, no doubt, but we have no idea who the sign is aimed at.. Probably The Miz.
