8. Shawn Michaels
Nobody did a better superkick than Shawn Michaels; lets establish that from the beginning. Yes, Chris Adams did it first, and Steve Blackman could legit hurt someone with his thrust kicks, but HBKs was it. There was something about the extension of the leg, the urgency of the movement, the way he'd collapse after hitting the move late in a match, as if he were casting it from hit points . That's why it's hard to believe that, at one point, Michaels used his superkick to set up a taint-grip suplex. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWeVxEojSGs Okay, so the Teardrop would more properly be called a leg-hook Saito suplex, but come on. The main problem was that whenever someone would try to counter the move, they'd make these terrified faces and try to swat Shawns hands away from their nether regions. Well, that and the fact that, other than the unique grip, it looked a lot like a run-of-the-mill back suplex.
