30 Great WWE Superstars And Their Strange Rookie Finishers
2. Hulk Hogan
Take everything I said about the Rock Bottom and multiply it by 100, and that's how I feel about the Big Leg. It's without a doubt the worst looking move to win as many matches at it did, and Hogan used it to win every match he was ever in, and probably some he wasn't. Sorry if it seems like I rag on this move a lot, but it totally deserves it. Be sure to read my next article, which will probably be about classic Perry Saturn matches or whatever, wherein I somehow find a way to throw shade at Hogans vertical leap. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEYcnqiRcVM Anyway, before Hogans Lazy Leaping Leg became a thing, he depended on a few other moves to win him matches. The first was a Canadian backbreaker submission, and his New Japan finisher was the Axe Bomber. Despite the name, it's identical to Hogans run-of-the-mill clothesline. It enjoys a fearsome reputation in Japan thanks to an incident wherein Hogan used it accidentally knock out Antonio Inoki for real, inadvertently winning the IWGP Championship.
