14. Spike Dudley - European Champion - 28 Days (2002)

Right after the Brand Extension, the European Championship became exclusive to Raw. In an effort to make Raw more exciting, the title was hot-shotted from William Regal to Spike Dudley, who held it for four weeks before dropping it back to Regal. 2002 was actually a big year for random Spike Dudley title reigns, as earlier in the year he teamed with Tazz and they won the Tag Team Titles from the Dudley Boyz on an episode of Raw from Madison Square Garden, only to lose the belts to Billy and Chuck a few weeks later.
