11. Randy Savage Eliminates Himself...And Gets Back In (1992)

In the 1992 Rumble, Randy Savage entered at #21 and promptly eliminated Jake "The Snake" Roberts. However, because the two were feuding at the time, Savage immediately leapt over the top rope to continue assaulting Roberts, effectively eliminating himself, causing commentators Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan to express genuine confusion as to whether or not Savage was eliminated, as he obviously was not supposed to be kayfabe-wise. After a few attempts, The Undertaker managed to get Savage back into the ring, but considering that both before and since the 1992 Rumble a self-elimination has always counted as an elimination all the same, it doesn't really make any sense, especially as Savage wasn't the planned winner anyway.
