Before he was the road agent partly responsible for putting together the much-maligned 2015 version of the Royal Rumble match, or part of Seth Rollins€' personal security team, Jamie Noble was a genuinely good in-ring performer. Noble had worked for the company before in a 2001-04 spell best remembered for his union with inaugural Tough Enough female winner Nidia, but he never competed in the Rumble during that time. His only foray into the bout came in 2008 towards the end of his active in-ring career but he might as well have not bothered. Of all people, Chuck Palumbo was the man to oust him from the contest, with the former Ring of Honor champion given less than thirty seconds to strut his stuff.

James spent several years wrestling on the British independent circuit, but now prefers to write about the bumps and bruises rather than take any of them.
