12. Wrestling Logic Is Rubbish!
How on earth does a submission hold hurt more on steel steps than it does on the mat?
The commentators were going on as if Rusev's Accolade would be hurting Roman Reigns more because it was taking place on steps rather than on the mat, even though both are solid surfaces and don't have any impact on the pressure being applied to Roman's back.
This isn't the first time we've heard this schtick, either. We hear the same nonsense when submissions are applied on the floor or on the announce table.
THE SURFACE DON'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Unless it's a bed of nails or something...
