27. WWE Still Won't Acknowledge Rollins' WrestleMania Curb Stomp
Outlawing a certain wrestling move is one thing, but to attempt to rewrite history and pretend that it doesn't exist? That's just stupid. Still, during a pre-show promo for the Rollins-Lesnar main event match, that's exactly what they tried to do yet again. While recapping Rollins' WWE World Heavyweight Title win at WrestleMania, the clip cut from Roman Reigns spearing Brock Lesnar (who was holding Rollins in the F5 position), to a fan looking on, and back to Rollins having somehow won the match. It looks jarring every time the WWE does this, and just doesn't make much sense. Sure, ban the move all you like, but don't pretend that it was never a thing, especially months after the fact when Rollins has long stopped using the dangerous finisher.
