Last week on RAW, Vince McMahon announced that he will renounce Shane as his son if he loses at WrestleMania. However, one week later, the boss appears to have made his mind up already. He somehow knows that Shane will indeed come up short against The Undertaker. This led him to smashing that photo of the pair of the top of the ramp. Since Shane is officially no longer his son, Vince didn't see any need to keep the image. Continuity and spoilers, there... Or Vince just forgot what he said on last week's show. Either way, it's a bit of a mess.
