4. Tonga: Haku

Haku - 2001

Birthplace: Nuku’alofa, Tonga

Without question, Haku (or Meng for those of a WCW leaning) is the greatest wrestler to come out of the collection of small islands known as Tonga. I mean, are you prepared to tell him any different?

In an industry of faux tough guys, Haku is one of the business’ legendary legit badasses. Whether it was a civilian in a bar or a superstar in the ring, nobody wanted to tangle with Haku. From the stories of gouged-out eyeballs, bitten-off noses and various other grimace-inducing tales, this is one tough, tough cookie.

As Jake Roberts so brilliantly put it, "If I had a gun and was sitting inside a tank with one shell left and Meng is 300 yards away, he's mine, right? Well the first thing I'm going to do is jump out of the tank and shoot myself because I don't want to wound that son of a b*tch and have him pissed off at me."

So as this entry started, are you really prepared to tell Haku he’s not the greatest Tongan grappler of all time?
