4 Reasons The WWE Audience Are Right To Feel Aggrevied (And 4 Reasons That They Aren't)
Against: The Push of Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns
If the WWE are loath to push some performers, at least they have the message about others. Bray Wyatt has obviously now been earmarked for bigger and better things, with a potential angle with John Cena at Wrestlemania on the horizon- a huge push for someone who has been in the company for nine months. His mic skills will ensure that this angle is one that will be closely watched by all of the WWE universe. However Wyatt was not the only young talent to get a major push thanks to the events last night. Roman Reigns has broken Kane's record for the most eliminations at a Rumble- taking out a whopping 12 superstars, including his fellow Shield members. Such numbers will mean little by themselves but there is no doubt that the WWE sees a massive future in Reigns with the company and there is a definite chance that he could be wearing the big gold belt around his waist before the year has finished. By putting Wyatt and Reigns over, the WWE is showing that it is preparing for a promotion without the likes of John Cena and CM Punk to fall back on. There is something about these two performers that is captivating crowds and the more the WWE recognise this, the better it will be for their business.
