4 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Rampage (Jan 14)

The Acclaimed get some laughs; AEW prep a war with ROH; Rampage = no selling zone.

First off, an apology.

This writer ranted and raved about Andrade El Idolo turning into a subpar 'Million Dollar Man' on last week's Rampage. In the process, he claimed that Andrade had never shown these characteristics before. That, dear reader, was frankly b*llocks.

El Idolo has used wealth to hire FTR from MJF, and that wasn't even an isolated incident. Who knows what was going on in this guy's head there - he obviously just fancied a whinge. No excuses for that brainfart. So, sorry about that oversight. Now, time to get on with this week's edition of Rampage, as well as all the 'Ups' and 'Downs' that came with it.

AEW are treading on dangerous turf with the Friday night weekly. They're getting a little lazy with it all, truth be told, and that's not going to make those TV ratings skyrocket. The latest episode had some fun little matches and a bit of shine for the midcard, but...where are all the stars that flocked onto the show before?

Here's everything you need to know from a rather mixed 60 minutes of wrasslin' telly.
