4 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Nov 10 - Results & Review)

Damage CTRL gets new members; Santos Escobar turns; WWE SmackDown feels...second-rate?

There were some big, big talking points on this week's episode of SmackDown.

WWE got the ball rolling on an LWO split, but side-stepped an expected Damage CTRL one by adding two new members to the group alongside Bayley, IYO SKY and Dakota Kai. Naturally, this all deserves time to pan out, but there is a worry that it's CTRL who should be named as an nWo subsidiary, not the Latino World Order.

The closeness between those 'Ups' and 'Downs' counts should reveal that there's a lot to like about this week's effort, but it's also true to say that the blue brand does require a shake. It's hardly great that so many workers feel lost in the shuffle at the moment, or that top champions (plural!) continue to be part-time attractions.

Creative might've just set up another WarGames match too. That's up in the air, but Triple H should have a long, hard think about whether or not he wants to burn that gimmick match on a scenario that doesn't really fit it.

There was a lot to like on this newsworthy episode, at least. Here's all the good and bad!
