4 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Nov 5)

3. Even More Wasted Time

Then, WWE wasted more time.

Hit Row's bit with Sami Zayn was an even bigger mess than the earlier promo with Jeff Hardy and Aliyah, and that's really saying something. This is what WWE called Hit Row up from NXT 2.0 for? To sort of/kinda/almost bully Zayn and then spew one catchphrase that few in the audience reacted to?

Speaking of struggling, Top Dolla, Ashante Adonis and Isaiah Scott are sinking fast. All the magnetism they showed (alongside the now-released B-FAB) during their debut a few weeks ago has been lost to crappy WWE scripting. Being honest, this reeked of Vince McMahon writing "hip" material for guys he doesn't understand.

The live crowd sat on their hands as Hit Row hurled lame jokes at Sami like softballs. By the time Zayn scurried away, people were just glad this was over. Honestly, it's like WWE were trying to script some of the worst segments in history here.
