4 Ups & 6 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Feb 25)

Ups...

4. Everything Else In The Tag

The tag bout pitting New Day vs. Los Lotharios was fine when Big E wasn't trying to murder Humberto with a quad bike. These teams work well together. So well, in fact, that they've been able to offset WWE's lack of a stable story for the rivalry.

They're content to book exhibition matches, apparently.

Some sort of cohesive story that develops week-to-week would be nice, but maybe the company has other plans for E and Kofi Kingston heading into 'Mania. Hopefully, assuming New Day moves on from Los Lotharios, they've got something in mind for Angel and Humberto too. Those handsome devils deserve it.

They've managed to survive despite getting squashed a few times on TV, and that was never a given. Anyone who enjoys solid tag-team wrestling (and doesn't mind a bit of 'sports entertainment' slapstick) will get some mileage out of this match.

Check it out.
