6. Brandon Cutler/Peter Avalon vs. Frankie Kazarian/Scorpio Sky

Peter Avalon and Brandon Cutler's dysfunction was pushed to the forefront as they faced Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels. It was all about establishing, unequivocally, that these two guys can't work as a team and that joining forces isn't magically going to cure their losing habits, with the duo splitting up in a post-match interview that began with Leva Bates saying she had a plan to turn them into winners.

The story beats are on point but the work offered nothing we haven't already seen over the past couple of weeks. SCU were professionals, Avalon was a dick, and Cutler got upset about it. The move towards the next step is most welcome...
