4 Ups & 7 Downs From WWE Raw (June 6)

5. So Much For Cedric’s Resurrection

During the Hell in a Cell PLE, Cedric Alexander grew a spine and stood up for himself, saying he needed to stop trying to be a joiner and do his own thing. We tentatively gave this positive marks because it was at least character development.

Monday night, Alexander was squashed like a bug in less than 30 seconds by Omos. It took more time to write this sentence than it did for the entire match – which featured an Omos tree slam – to take place.

And just like that, WWE turned any goodwill fans might have been willing to give them for having Cedric show some growth and flushed it.

Great job guys! Hope everyone in the back is congratulating themselves. This fan just rolled his eyes and felt like he got rick-rolled at HIAC.
