4 Ups & 9 Downs From WWE Raw (Oct 18)

5. Hurt Business Hurting

Yeah, it’s safe to call Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin the Hurt Business B-Team.

When the duo rejoined Bobby Lashley, it looked like the once-dominant faction had the potential to heat back up, raising up Cedric and Shelton and in turn make Lashley even more powerful as a force on Raw.

Instead, the two have rarely appeared alongside Lashley, instead existing in their own world, where they mostly lose or get beaten down in those rare instances where they share the screen with the All Mighty. Here, Alexander lost to Mansoor, which isn’t a huge deal, but if they were going to build the Hurt Business back up, you wouldn’t have sacrificed him like that or have the team seemingly on a separate track.

You almost get the feeling that once MVP is healed up, he’ll just kick Cedric & Shelton to the curb again.
