4 Ups And 4 Downs From Last Night’s WWE SmackDown (Sept 10)

1. A Chaotic Main Event That Was A Lot Of Fun

Seth Rollins brings out the best in Ryback. He's probably Ryback's best opponent and they proved it again with an entertaining Lumberjack match in the main event of Smackdown. This was a rematch from Raw, which is fine because Rollins was pinned by Ryback after the distraction from Sting. Sometimes WWE overdoes rematches. In this case, I didn't mind it because we should have seen a resolution from Monday. For the finish, Kevin Owens tripped up Ryback while he was doing a move and then Rollins nailed the Pedigree for the win. I didn't like that they made it look like it was a cheap thing behind the ref's back because there were guys interfering in the match the whole time. I like that Owens cost Ryback, though, because it furthers that story. Rollins almost never wins clean and this wasn't clean here, but it was close enough. At this point, let's just be happy that he won a match since he's booked to lose so often like his two losses on Raw.
