Why? Normally this is a very valid chant to use against the Bulgarian Brute; but in this match, not so much. Exactly one sixth of the participants in this match is from America. The crowd started chanting USA while Rusev was in the ring with Neville, an Englishman. While fellow Englishman King Barrett, Irishman Sheamus and Swiss Superman Cesaro waited in the wings. Only Dolph Ziggler was flying the flag for the US.
