Bob Barker is an American icon. He has been the host of The Price is Right for 34 years, and has appeared in movies, and remains to this day one of Americas most popular television personalities of all time. So when he appeared on RAW as the guest host the WWE turned the RAW stage into an impromptu Price is Right studio, complete with name tags, prizes, etc. Bob Barker managed to make every situation funny, including his exchange with Chris Jericho. What was meant to be a serious argument on Jerichos behalf turned into a mockery on the wrestlers part. Bob just made a joke out of Chris Jericho becausewell, because hes Bob Barker and he doesnt give a damn. The Price is RAW segment was one of the most hilarious segments in the guest host era. Bob somehow managed to keep a straight face when Chris Jericho was mouthing off at him, demonstrating that Bob just doesnt care. The added comedy effects of Santino Marella and Jillian Hall, while corny, really added to the segment in a positive way. However, the corniest, and arguably worst part of Bob Barkers appearance was how he knocked out Chavo Guerrero with two karate chops. No person in their right mind, no matter how old or young, would be naïve enough to believe that an 85-year-old Bob Barker would even be able to hurt Chavo, much less incapacitate him in the way he did. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmDemQKRw5A It just goes to show that there is always a loser in these corny segments, and in this case, it was Chavo. He was booked as a loser in his feud with Hornswoggle, of all people, and somehow fell to two karate chops by Bob Barker. Its a good thing he left the WWE once this feud was over.
