'The Superstar Shake-Up' can spell the end for certain tag teams. This year has been no different.

Those that have fallen are Chad Gable & Bobby Roode, The Riott Squad, Ricochet & Aleister Black, The Boss 'n' Hug Connection and Sanity.

Sanity and The Riott Squad are stables that have a huge amount of potential for example. Liv Morgan going on her own, not Ruby seems an odd decision as well. Riott has been the leader of her squad, and is definitely the strongest of her group. It seems it would wiser for her to be out on her own.

The Boss 'n' Hug Connection and Ricochet & Aleister Black are now on different paths after being drafted to different brands. This is the natural progression for these particular stars, as all are elite singles competitors.

In terms of Bayley, she is in with a chance to restore herself to former glory. Bayley is a former champion and the split should help her work her way back to the top. The split for Black & Ricochet will no doubt work well for both, they can now go and establish themselves as top competitors individually.
