WWE Extreme Rules 2019 is in the books and there are plenty of positives to take from it. The Undertaker didn't die, Aleister Black vs. Cesaro was fantastic, The Club meant business and however you feel about the main event, at least we don't have Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans as champions.
While Corbin and Lacey will no doubt be fine, some of the other losses witnessed on the show felt more significant for the superstars receiving them. Whether it was what they lost, the manner in which they went down or the story-line implications, there were several wrestlers from last night's event who did not look good in defeat.
As AEW rightly tells us, wins and losses are important. Even if WWE does try to wipe the slate clean on some of them with 50/50 booking, people still don't forget losses in a hurry. Especially when the losses take place on a pay-per-view.
