5 Celebrities You Didn't Know Were Wrestling Fans

Famous faces who follow WWE.

WWE has captured fans of all ages and backgrounds throughout the years. Way back in the 60s and 70s their fanbase consisted of mostly adults, in the Attitude Era their fanbase consisted of mostly teenagers and guys in their early 20s, and today they give us more of a family friendly product so people of all ages can enjoy it. While you can find wrestling fans all over the world going to the shows or by going on a message board or forum, pro-wrestling has attracted the attention of many €œcelebrities€ as well. Of course we all remember David Arquette was WCW Champion and obviously the Dennis Rodman / NWO storylone was huge. But it is not just WWE that has celebrity fans. Pro-wrestling, no matter what era, no matter what company, has always its share of celebrity fans and have even gotten those people into the show and into matches. WWE has never been one to shy away from publicity by using a celebrity, and sometimes WWE has given us uncomfortable moments with celebrities. Celebrities in wrestling is fine, as long as they know what they are talking about. We don€™t need another €œSummerfest€ incident. WWE is so adamant about using celebrity hosts, they should probably consider using celebrities who are actual fans. This list here will take a look at five different celebrities who have publicly expressed their love of professional wrestling.
