WWE has already made three matches official for Money in the Bank on June 29th. There will be two ladder matches. One for the Money in the Bank briefcase and the other for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. In addition to these two matches, the tag team titles will be on the line when the Usos defend the belts against Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of the Wyatt Family. However, there has to be more than three matches on June 29th. There just has to be. While Seth Rollins is the only participant announced for the Money in the Bank ladder match, we don't know who the others will be. Therefore, as I go through the matches I think WWE will book for the event, keep in mind that some of these superstars may be entered into that second ladder match. With that said, here are five matches that WWE should add to the Money in the Bank pay-per-view event later this month.
5. Bad News Barrett vs. Someone
Bad News Barrett has revived his career with his new gimmick as it has led to another Intercontinental Championship title reign. With all of his momentum, Barrett has defeated the likes of Big E and Rob Van Dam on pay-per-view. WWE should continue to push the voice of bad news at Money in the Bank. Barrett may very well end up in the traditional Money in the Bank ladder match. Many WWE fans saw the potential in Barrett when he won the first season of NXT, was the leader of Nexus and the Corre. Barretts stock has only gone up with his new gimmick. If there were any time to give Bad News the Money in the Bank briefcase, this should be it. However, if Barrett is not involved in the Money in the Bank ladder match, WWE should still book him to defend the Intercontinental title at the pay-per-view event. There arent a lot of quality babyfaces in the midcard for Barrett to face on June 29th. However, if I had to book someone I would choose either Dean Ambrose or Dolph Ziggler. Both superstars have had issues with Barrett as of late. At the same time, Ambrose or Ziggler (like Barrett) could end up in the Money in the Bank ladder match.
