However, if Brock Lesnar feels as though he can't keep working for the WWE without having a title around his waist, then the ample opportunity for that would be the next Monday Night Raw. Taking the idea of 'any time' to mean 'next week', Lesnar could get revenge for Seth's cash-in on him at WrestleMania 31 and take the Universal Championship from Rollins.

After the issues that WWE have had lately with their ratings, closing the show with Brock Lesnar holding up the Universal title over Seth Rollins would undoubtedly draw more viewers a week hence.

However, it would also remove the possibility of a cash-in for almost an entire year, until the next Money in the Bank pay-per-view. This could lead to displeasure amongst the WWE Universe, which would not solve WWE's viewership problems in the long run, with there being less chance of an exciting swerve through all of the 'Big Four' pay-per-views to come.

With the briefcase in hand, Lesnar (along with Heyman) can be truly entertaining, but logically, it makes more sense for his character to want what he believes to be his championship back as soon as he can. That is exactly why he is highly likely to cash-in sooner rather than later.
