Wrestling fans nowadays are becoming increasingly aggravated with the product that the "top dog" of the wrestling world, WWE, is putting out. Now I for one, am someone who has officially stopped watching raw weekly. It is too long and too boring/cheesy to me.

But thankfully, I have Indy wrestling, and the one company who is at the top of the Indy wrestling charts? ROH, otherwise known as Ring Of Honor. ROH has been responsible for creating future WWE champions like CM Punk, Tyler Black (now known as Seth Rollins), and Bryan Danielson (Daniel Bryan), and many more who have gone onto WWE like Cesaro, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn.

Not even going to mention the stars it's made that haven't stared on WWE programming yet. So with all that being said, here's 5 reasons why you MUST watch Ring Of Honor.

5. It's A TV-14 Program

First off, there is no doubting the fact that WWE is the biggest, and forever will be the biggest, wrestling organization in history. With millions of views weekly, WWE seems to becoming more and more of a global phenomenon by the year, despite recent substantial drops in ratings.

Yet, for those very same reasons that are responsible for WWE's ratings crumbling, fans of the wrestling promotion (if you even want to still call it that), are becoming more and more agitated, with the way WWE treat some of their performers on screen and off, booking in all the wrong ways, and recycling some of the worst storylines, and using them in the modern era.

And when WWE is not caring what we think, making all the wrong decisions, and ultimately burying the only talents that prove to be the only good thing about the show, us fans need somewhere to turn. that is where Ring Of Honor Wrestling comes in.

Fans of "wrestling", are looking for a wrestling show. Where real, technical wrestling, matters. And where the art of the sport that was once important to the top dog of wrestling television, is still of great importance. And where the pure skills and athleticism of the wrestlers are exposed and pushed to new limits.

Some of the best wrestling matches iv'e ever seen have come out of Ring of Honor. Samoa Joe vs CM Punk (you can watch that on youtube), Tyler Black vs Bryan Danielson, and any of the ladder war matches. their all absolutely great matches, with many more. Will that said, Wrestling fans want technical wrestling, awesome spots that you cant help but chant "holy s***" at.

And that just can't be done with PG Programming. In a PG program, like WWE, you see things like we saw on this most recent episode of raw. Marriages, and cheap, poorly done videos packages highlighting Rusev and Summer Rae's incredibly unconvincing on screen relationship. Not to mention the unbelievably cheesy characters that we've seen over the past decades.

Now if you're into that sorta television, by all means, watch it. If you find that sorta stuff entertaining, there's no stopping you from viewing it. But if you ever find yourself becoming fed up with the WWE programming, for any reasons i've listed. Try ROH wrestling, where ACTUAL wrestling wrestling, matters. Where there is blood to emphasis the importance of rivalry, where there aren't cheesy characters, and where they actually care about what you think.
