With a run time of just over 24 minutes, WWE's Table For 3 specials are bite-sized chunks of content you'll devour in bulk. This is binge-watching goodness at its finest, and there really is something for every type of fan.

The latest episode had Nia Jax sitting down with Natalya and Beth Phoenix for a chin wag about how women's wrestling has evolved in the company. Truthfully, it would have been nice to hear more from Phoenix, and perhaps a little less from Natalya; that's not a knock on Nattie, it's just that she kinda' dominated the dinner conversation.

Jax picked her spots to chime in, but it's Beth who has the most interesting stories to tell of the trio. In particular, her memories of Vince McMahon feeling she and Natalya looked too alike are fascinating. After that, Nattie piped up to reveal that she only started dying her hair red because of Vince's observation.

This is a light-hearted yet involving episode, and it does a great job of showing how attitudes towards women have changed internally.
