4. Hernandez
The Mexican sensation, the Mexican thug of IMPACT Wrestling, Hernandez has been ignored as of late. One of TNA's original superstars and a massive powerhouse, Hernandez should have no problem climbing the proverbial ladder and going on the top of the food chain. However, something happened, and now Hernandez finds himself at the bottom, looking for a push or a feud. Hernandez is a solid and dependable guy, who can easily put on excellent matches for TNA. He was recently in a tag team with Chavo Guerrero, but that is seemingly going nowhere, therefore, Hernandez needs to find a new feud, or he needs to tweak his gimmick. At this point, I don't think that a feud would help him - now all he needs is a character change. Hernandez is a strong powerhouse and he should be booked as the same. He should be booked like WWE's Ryback - he shouldn't speak a word, but he should destroy all his opponents viciously. His actions would speak for itself and TNA should capitalize on his agility and strength by giving him this gimmick. Hernandez should be a vicious, destroying powerhouse instead of a tag team star no one cares about.
