AEW Rampage Ad Break
AEW

Here's something that's becoming a real chore every single week.

OK, so the picture-in-picture ad breaks might be avoidable for AEW, but that doesn't mean people won't find them annoying as f*ck. On Friday, a touted main event pitting Samoa Joe and Wardlow vs. Gates Of Agony was totally ruined by ads for everything from Jack Daniel's to other sporting offerings on TNT.

Honestly, if you happened to be watching this way then you only really saw around four-five minutes of the match. That's really, really poor. What's the point in even bothering to pay attention when you're only getting a few holds, too many ads and then a finish you can see coming anyway? It's grating.

The commentary team also began running through the upcoming Full Gear card as soon as they came back from commercials, meaning "WarJoe" vs. The Embassy's finest came across as a total afterthought. Let the bout breathe, for crying out loud!
