5 Ups & 3 Downs From IMPACT Wrestling (9 Dec)
Downs...
3. IInfluential, IInspiring, IIndecisive
Decay vs. the IInspiration and the Influence was a waste of a match that, really, would have sufficed as a backstage segment. It would have had the same impact, regardless.
The whole purpose of the bout was that Cassie Lee, Jessie McKay, Tenille Dashwood, and Madison Rayne were incapable of being on the same page. They bickered about who would start, who would be tagged in next, who would face each member of Decay based on their respective scariness, and just about anything else they could. Again, this arguing amongst themselves would worked better had it gone down backstage. It was already being teased pre-match; just build upon that and save us the hassle.
Rosemary Speared Tenille for the win, after the former Emma had been gorilla pressed onto Kaleb With A K by Black Taurus, with Madison, Cassie, and Jessie evading catching her. In theory, the two duos will now no longer be aligned, which will be needlessly explained next Thursday most likely.
Very little of this was needed. The match wasn't enjoyable. It was a bumbling mess that failed to get its point across fully. In short, it was the definition of a skippable match.
