5 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Sept 8)

Give LA Knight some minutes on the mic and he'll smash it every single time. Personally, this guy doesn't mind him wrestling The Miz again despite that whine in the 'Downs'. That's more to do with WWE's jarring presentation than anything else anyway.

LA was magic in Boston, and it's sweet to see the writers keep banging the drum for Grayson Waller and Austin Theory as a tag-team. They've got serious potential together. Between LA's promo, some continuation for the heels and the Knight vs. Theory match, this was some solid, solid wrestling telly.

Austin seems a little less...forced than he was as United States Champ too. Honestly, he's a breakout babyface waiting to happen after some time teaming with Waller as arrogant pieces of sh*t. On SmackDown, Theory was excellent foil for the super-over LA.

Good stuff.
