5 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE SmackDown (June 10)

1. Erratic Presentation For Shotzi

Then, there's Shotzi, who is perilously close to being a lost cause.

One minute, the green-haired tank-lover is locking herself in dressing rooms backstage like an idiot. The next, she's sort of/almost hanging with Ronda Rousey, and even cutting the SmackDown Women's Champion down with some submissions. Pick a side and stick to it, WWE!

This match wasn't terrible by any means, but...wouldn't it have been so much better had Shotzi not been booked like a moron and an afterthought for months? Creative has outright failed to stack meaning on top of a heel turn that happened last October, and they probably won't bother rectifying that.

It stinks, because this fan desperately wanted to get into her match vs. Rousey. That's impossible when you know Shotzi will be booked like a tool next week. WWE absolutely cannot yo-yo her from clumsy goof to credible threat and back again without any context.
