5 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE SmackDown (May 15)
1. Bray Wyatt?
At Money In The Bank, Braun Strowman picked up a strong win over Bray Wyatt that sets the scene for the 'Fiend' to pop out and have a rematch at Backlash. That's really the only direction WWE can go with Braun unless they have another opponent in mind for him and want to put Wyatt on ice.
That doesn't seem likely, so it's weird that he wasn't on SmackDown at all.
There was zero follow-up from Strowman's win at MITB. Instead, he appeared in a house show-esque tag-team match with Otis against The Miz and John Morrison. WWE declined to have Bray show up afterwards to sow seeds for another crack at the Universal Title - he didn't even show up on 'Firefly Fun House'.
No, Wyatt doesn't need to work every week, but he's in the top feud on the brand right now. Surely that'd mean he has to maintain some sort of presence on SmackDown and weave the next chapter in his feud with Braun? Apparently not.
