5 Ups & 5 Downs From This Week's Impact Wrestling (Apr 5)

4. A Nothing Match

The penultimate match of the evening saw Rohit Raju of The Desi Hit Squad taking on Fallah Bahh in a nothing match, as expected really (for some reason, KM was nowhere to be seen during this match). Raju came out victorious following some help from both Raj and Gama Singh, but it’s what happened after the match that just wasn’t that good.

Scarlett Bordeaux came out to ringside and distracted The DHS, which gave Bahh the chance to take them out and celebrate with The Smokeshow. We’ve seen an interaction or two between Scarlett and The Desi Hit Squad in the recent past, but it looked as if those days were over.

She remains one of the more pointless characters in Impact at the moment. While she does have a unique character and gimmick that separates her from everyone else, it’s just impossible to get behind anything she does. There’s rarely an outcome from any of it that changes something in the long run. Maybe give her a bit more time, but she’s been in Impact for too long now to be doing this.
