5 Ups & 6 Downs From AEW Dynamite (Apr 7)

Ups...

5. Taz Pitches Christian

Christian Cage Taz
AEW

A better promo from Christian Cage this week, as he framed the "Out Work Everyone" gimmick not only around his year-long struggle to get back in the ring, but last week's clean, clever match with Frankie Kazarian, justifying Cage's claim that he makes wrestlers level up.

Taz came in to add a bit of extra space. Talking up his history with Christian, he gave the former WWE star an invitation to join Team Taz then left before Cage could answer, giving us a hook for next week.

If and when Christian turns this down, a singles match with fellow craftsman Ricky Starks sounds very tasty indeed.
