6. Eddie’s Latest Tribute Falls Flat

Rey Dominik Mysterio Damian Priest Finn Balor

Seeing Rey and Dominik Mysterio beat Judgment Day members Damian Priest and Finn Bálor was strange. Seeing Rey set an example for his son by borrowing an old Eddie Guerrero chair shot fake out spot was even stranger still. That didn't come across nearly as well as everybody probably hoped it would.

Lie, cheat and steal, Dom.

There was nothing wrong with the opening tag from an in-ring standpoint, but there's also no denying that Judgment Day don't have the same air of importance they carried when Edge was leading the way. The group are already spinning their wheels without him, and that's not a good sign.

Finn and Priest "got their heat back" by attacking the Mysterio clan backstage, but yeah...something is missing from their act right now. Meanwhile, WWE continues to be totally clueless on general direction for Rey and Dominik.
