5 Ups & 6 Downs From WWE Raw (July 4)

Ups...

5. The Fun Six-Man

Theory Montez Ford

At least the six-man was a laugh for the right reasons.

Bobby Lashley looked like the star of the show here, and Theory snuck in more of his 'I'm untouchable and I know it' character work. Meanwhile, Chad Gable looked like a million bucks (no shocker there) when he was inside the ring, and The Street Profits got back to basics sans-hot dogs.

This wasn't really the kind of scenario Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins should've been in 48 hours after being screwed out of the Undisputed Tag straps, but they worked hard and managed to entertain just enough to make this match less egregious than it could've been.

WWE might consider that a win, especially when they were phoning in almost everything on this three hour broadcast. What was that about the company's roster offsetting creative apathy by being damn good performers? Yeah, that.
