Predictability isn’t always a bad thing in professional wrestling. But in the case of WWE, they have one playbook, and they run the same plays nearly every time. So naturally, after Bobby Lashley and Big E verbally sparred, Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins attacked and led to the eventual backstage encounter with the authority figures, who made the tag match.

It’s so predictable, so even if it serves a greater purpose (trying to draw clearer tweener lines with Lashley) it automatically garners a groan and an eye-roll here.
