5 Ups And 3 Downs From WWE NXT (Nov 25)

2. Stop Playing In Finn Bálor's Kitty Litter

With Finn Bálor finally making his presence known again on last week's show after injuring his jaw at TakeOver 31, the NXT Championship was finally back where it belonged. Did this now mean we could get excited about a new, exciting feud over the belt in the two weeks leading up to War Games?

Apparently not.

Instead, Bálor popped up on last night's NXT - via black and white filter - in a pre-recorded capacity. During this fleeting appearance, "The Prince" hyped up a match he's not involved in, warned those involved not to put checkers on his chessboard and told them to stop "playing in (his) kitty litter". Because he's the cat remember?

It now seems ever more likely that we're about to go see a TakeOver deprived of the brand's top belt. Thankfully, Io Shirai has done a marvellous job in making the NXT Women's Championship feel like a more prestigious and constant prize in recent months. But Bálor and his title need something to do and fast.

Bad kitty.
